BERKELEY OCEANFRONT HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY:

The Berkeley Oceanfront hotel has a 7-day cancellation policy. The hotel must be notified of any cancellations by 4:00 PM EST 7-day prior to arrival. Failure to show up for your reservation without notifying the hotel will result in a no-show fee equal to the entire stay. Exceptions may apply- please see rate rules.

PARKING: $40 per day - First come, first served. There is also street parking available.
